

Brinda Barcelon, PT, DPT
Brinda Barcelon earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Samuel Merritt University in 2020. She is passionate about helping people move better, prevent injuries, and restore function.
Brinda has diverse clinical experience across home health, acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient orthopedics. She has worked extensively with patients recovering from surgery, as well as in post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation with athletes and individuals of all ages.
Born and raised in Healdsburg, Brinda played soccer for Healdsburg High School and grew up riding horses. Outside the clinic, she brings the same dedication and energy to her love of the outdoors. She has hiked over 1,500 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail and continues to explore international trails through her passion for travel and hiking.
In 2025, Brinda purchased Healdsburg Physical Therapy and is excited to expand its services, blending performance, wellness, and community-focused care while building on the strong foundation of the practice.

Angela Garcia-Cook, MPT
Angela earned her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Davis in Exercise Physiology. She received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California in 1996. She is skilled in all aspects of outpatient physical therapy. She purchased Healdsburg Physical Therapy in 2011 and sold the practice to Brinda Barcelon in 2025. Angela is a breast cancer survivor since 2011, and her medical history has given her greater empathy for her clients.
Angela was born and raised in California. She grew up riding horses and competing in basketball, track and field, and tennis. She has loved horses all of her life and has completed a certification in equine massage. She has also loved to sing all of her life and was given the opportunity to sing for a local band.
