Angela Garcia-Cook, MPT

Angela earned her undergraduate degree at the University of California at Davis in Exercise Physiology. She received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Samuel Merrit College in Oakland, California in 1996. Angela is a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association and spent several years as the Redwood Empire District Member Service Liaison. Her clinical internships focused on manual therapy, outpatient orthopedics, inpatient orthopedics and cardiac rehabilitation at the University of California at San Francisco. She is skilled in all aspects of outpatient physical therapy. She purchased Healdsburg Physical Therapy in 2011 and is slowly expanding care in Healdsburg. Angela is a breast cancer survivor since 2011, her medical history has given her greater empathy for her clients.

Angela was born and raised in California. She grew up riding horses and competing in basketball, track and field, and tennis. She has loved horses all of her life and has completed a certification in equine massage. She has also loved to sing all of her life and was given the opportunity to sing for a local band, The Fitch Mountaineers. You can usually catch a show from the band once a month in a local tasting room.

Don Schlotthauer, PTA

Don is a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) graduate of Loma Linda University, earning the degree Associate in Science, Physical Therapy Assistant. Don has always been interested in sports and fitness leading him to pursue a career in the Physical Therapy profession. Prior to being a PTA, Don worked many years managing health food stores, baking for a German bakery in Colorado, owned and operated his own sewing business with his wife Connie, designed and manufactured bags, and had a rewarding career in private boarding schools as a food service director as well as a boys Dean.

Don has been married to his wife Connie for 38 years. Together they have three daughters, two of whom are Physical Therapists in Sonoma County and their youngest lives in San Diego. They also have two granddaughters, Luna and Sola that are the light of their lives. Don still enjoys sports and currently wants to play a part in helping his clients get back to their sport or activity that makes their life more beautiful.

Natalie Propach, DPT

Natalie was born and raised in Paradise, CA. She graduated with her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 from Loma Linda University. Natalie has experience working in Acute care at Sonoma Specialty Hospital, as well as in skilled nursing facilities. She has assisted with total joint programs and has worked with patients immediately after total joint procedures.

Natalie has been passionate about working with the geriatric population and strives to further educate herself in this area with continuing education and certifications. She is currently working towards her certification in canine rehabilitation, as she is a huge animal lover. On weekends she enjoys going to the beach with her husband Philip and her Dalmatian Tatum.
